Phaseolus vulgaris

HEIRLOOM Wonderful variety has high yields of sweet and crunchy stringless beans. This vigorous bush plant produces long, straight and perfectly round 6" pods. Great home garden or market variety.

Snap bush beans are quick and easy to grow, so go ahead and plant a few varieties! They mature faster than pole beans and require no trellising, a relief for some people. However they usually have 1-2 flushes of pods, so plant them in successions for a continuous harvest all season. For best texture and flavor harvest before the individual beans have fleshed out in the pods. Nutrients: dietary fiber, protein, vitamins A and C and riboflavin.
