HEIRLOOM. A traditional Appalachian variety that's eaten raw, steamed or pan fried. Dwarf plant with slender stalks 4 - 6" tall by 10 - 12" wide. Very mild flavor for salads. Easily grown on high dry land. 20 - 50 days.
