- Magic Onion Dust featuring red onions grown on the Gaining Ground Farm.
- Wild Green Fire Goddess Seasoning, in collaboration with Red Moon Herbs, featuring fire cider marc from their Fire Cider.
- Smoked Fire Seasoning in full collaboration with one of their longest-running collaborators - Pure Fire Foods, and featuring red onions grown on the Gaining Ground Farm.
- Rosemary Basil Sea Salt featuring ingredients grown on Fiddler's Green Farm.

Well Seasoned Table is based in the beautiful Hominy Valley outside of Asheville, NC. Their creations are crafted using over 80% of what's grown right on their farm, with the remaining ingredients being sourced as locally as possible.
Samplers are in glass vials with cork stoppers, placed inside a hinged, reusable tin.
