Asheville Tea Company will be present with local teas as our workshop series sponsor.

How to Inoculate Mushroom Logs: Jan 16th
January is always a slow time in the garden, but a great time to inoculate some mushroom logs and start your mushroom garden. So, come and learn everything you need to know to set up a mushroom log. This will be a hands on workshop and everyone will get a chance to drill and inoculate some logs. The class is FREE for everyone to attend and we'll have mushroom growing handouts for all.
If you want to take home a fully inoculated oak shiitake log then we'll be selling the inoculated logs at the end of the class for $20 each.
If you have a battery operated drill and want to bring it along then that could help, last year we had enough but more could've helped. Thank you!
Tea, Biscuits & Gardening will take place at our new larger location, so we can accommodate more people and more mushrooms!
