Arugula is one of my very favorites. It is spicy and delicious and the texture is nice, not too chewy or tough.

Arugula seeds were easy to grow. The plants were hardy, produced a lot and was flavorful. Great to make a salad with or add to a lettuce salad to give it that extra great spicy flavor.
