Easy-to-grow. Plant as soon as the ground can be worked in early spring. Cut potatoes into pieces at least 2" big and each containing an "eye". Dig a trench 6-8" deep and plant pieces 12" apart. Leave 2' between rows. Cover with soil and, as the leaves start to appear through the soil, hoe up soil against them creating mounds. Hill plants up to 3-4 times and then mulch heavily to prevent weeds. Carefully dig potatoes when the leaves die back. Seed Wt./100' Row: 10 lbs Days to Sprout: 10-20. Days to Harvest: 60-120 days. Viability in ideal storage: 6-12 months.
