Hot Pepper - Fincannon

Capsicum annuum

HEIRLOOM - In 2017 an elderly couple walked into Sow True Seed’s offices with a hot pepper plant (roots and all) with fruits much like large fish peppers, variegated and beautiful. The pepper had been passed from Lawrence Fincannon to Landon Dobson in 1935, who had grown and saved it his whole life and passed it to his daughter June, who (now in her eighties) was concerned for its future and gave it to Sow True Seed.
After a few years of trialing, we are very excited to offer this wonderful pepper in our catalog and hope that you will love it as much as we do. Save your seeds, and pass on the story! Medium Hot.
