Coreopsis Seeds - Lanceleaf

$3.95

Coreopsis lanceolata

Lanceleaf Coreopsis, also known as Lanceleaf Tickseed, is a hardy native wildflower found throughout much of the United States. Its golden blossoms appear in early summer, and will continue for several weeks if the plants are deadheaded. Many species of moths and native bees rely on coreopsis as a host plant, so this is a great addition to a pollinator garden or pocket meadow. Plants grow best in full sun.

Sow these seeds outdoors in late fall or winter, or cold stratify them in the refrigerator for four weeks before sowing in spring. Plants are perennial in mild climates, and will readily reseed in most areas, so make sure to plant where you’ll want them for the long term. 0.25 gram packet contains a minimum of 90 seeds.
