This mix of single blooms have a traditional "daisy" look in shades of purple, red, rose, salmon, white, and yellow. Plants grow to only 10-16 inches tall. Start indoors in early spring, or directly outside when frost danger has passed. For extended blooming, remove spent flower heads promptly. As they grow, Dahlias form a tuber (like Four O'Clocks from seed do) that you can dig up in fall and replant next spring if you live north of their hardiness zone of 7-11.
