What is your favorite vegetable and why?

My Favorite vegetable???? I love ALL vegetables! From the lowly onion to the refined asparagus. BUT. . . I must say there is nothing better than a REAL tomato picked from your own vine.

Why were you excited about this project?

Painting fruits/flowers and vegetables are my favorite subjects. . . then I get to sneak in some animals to make the scene whimsical.
The world is full of amazing colors. Every leaf and butterfly wing is infinite in the possibilities. . .
