Dreamy Bean Farm

Dreamy Bean Farm is inspired by the local tradition of growing the "family bean." Dreamy Bean specializes in growing fresh and dry beans, peas, and grains, including dent and flint corn, wheat, and barley, as well as bean seed crops for Sow True Seed. We currently reside on leased land outside of Canton, NC, where we farm on 1.5 acres. Farmer Lexie Baker is inspired by the wide diversity of legume and grain seed varieties and hopes to contribute to preserving the genetic and cultural diversity of these seeds.
