Our 11 acre farm is just outside of Asheville, NC in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. We are committed to local food resiliency by providing education on Fermentation as a Preservation Method, Gardening to Ferment, Fermenting on the Farm, and Food Waste Management through Fermentation.
