Banana Fingerlings feature yellow skin and yellow flesh, the banana shaped tubers average 4-5" in length, have good storage quality and exceptional yield potential - up to 40 tubers per plant! Late Season (110-125 days)
Amarosa Fingerlings feature red skin and red flesh, produce mostly smaller tubers with some large ones, keeps well in storage and can produce up to 30 potatoes per plant. Mid-Late Season (90-110 days).
