Another winner from talented pepper breeder, Doug Jones! A large, blocky, bell pepper that is a lovely sunshine yellow when ripe. Sweet, thick walls of very solid flesh has excellent storage, we’ve had them stay consistently firm and fresh in the fridge for over a month! High yields of 3” by 4.5” peppers on compact plants. A big “thank you” to Doug Jones for his tireless work in plant breeding and selection to help create new varieties that will perform in our changing climate, and for keeping them open-sourced and available to everyone to grow and enjoy. He began developing this variety in 2008 in central North Carolina.
