The Northeast Native Wildflower Seed mix contains annuals and perennials that are native to the northeastern United States and southeastern Canada. This region includes Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia, the Maritime Provinces, Newfoundland and Quebec.
Mix Includes: Blue Wild Indigo, Brown Eyed Susan, Eastern Columbine, Evening Primrose, False Aster, Gayfeather, Golden Alexander, Hairy Beardtongue, Indian Blanket, Lance-Leaved Coreopsis, New England Aster, Plains Coreopsis, Rigid Goldenrod, Showy Tick Trefoil, Smooth Aster, Sweet Joe Pye Weed, and White Upland Aster.
Direct seed in fall or early spring. These seeds benefit from cold stratification. It will need full sun and well-draining soil. Water well to ensure good germination. Once established, this mix will need at least an inch of water per week. Typically grown for flowers. Mix of annuals and perennials. Full sun.
