A Note on Transit Times for 2026:

We are currently experiencing delays and routing issues with packages sent via USPS. We typically fulfill orders within one to three business days, excluding any preorder items. However, once a package is picked up by USPS and leaves our warehouse, its delivery timeline is outside of our control.

We have recently noticed that packages are being mis-routed, experiencing delays, and displaying incorrect tracking information. Unfortunately these issues are occurring more and more frequently as sorting and distribution facilities are no longer located in Asheville and packages are sent to facilities in Greenville, SC or Charlotte, NC to be processed. Additionally, packages are held at the post office overnight before being sent out, furthering delays.

USPS helps us keep shipping costs low and allows us to offer free shipping to eligible orders. For these reasons, we will continue to ship with them. We absolutely understand the frustration you are experiencing, and we are committed to helping solve shipping issues and getting your seeds to you.
