This region includes Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia, the Maritime Provinces, Newfoundland and Quebec.

These seeds benefit from cold stratification. Full sun. Planting rates - Per acre: 5-10 lbs. Per half acre or less: 4 oz/1000 sq ft. Packet covers 35 sq ft. 1/4 lb bulk packet covers up to 1,000 square feet.
