Hot Pepper Seeds - Fatali, ORGANIC

$3.95

Capsicum chinense

Very fruity and citrusy, but with the heat of a habanero, this pepper is sure to delight your spice-loving palette.  The plants grow to about 2 feet tall, with the fruit reaching 2"-4" in length. The tangy notes of this pepper make it our favorite for pairing with pineapple or mango in salsa, or fermenting with other citrus for the best hot sauce you've ever had! Our grower of this seed makes a killer Fatali pepper jam. Yum! Very Hot.

Start seeds indoors eight to ten weeks before your last frost date. Transplant outside after all danger of frost has passed. Plants may require staking. When starting seeds, keep soil temperatures between 75 and 80° F. This crop requires full sun and should be planted in rich, well-draining soil. Water well to ensure good germination. Once germinated, peppers need at least one inch of water per week. Fruits can be harvested at any stage but are mature at their expected color. Annual.

0.5 gram packet contains a minimum of 50 seeds.
