We’ll look at matching specific cover crops to your goals. Whether that’s adding nitrogen, smothering weeds, or erosion control, cover crops can help!

Learn how cover crops can easily fit into your rotation to improve soil health, manage nutrients and support biodiversity.

Instructor Bio:

Mark Dempsey is the Organic Technical Service Provider at CFSA helping farmers implement conservation practices and organic management. He is a cover crop specialist and worked for many years as a researcher studying soil microbiology, weed science and cover crop management in organic no-till production. He will soon wrap up a PhD in plant breeding at Clemson.
