Spicy radish and crimson cabbage microgreens are balanced out with the crisp earthy flavors of red beet and green kale. 

Easily grown right on the kitchen counter, this eye catching mix will brighten up any winter meal with zesty flavor and beautiful color right out of the summer garden. Seeds typically sprout in three to four days and can be harvested between ten and twenty days for microgreens.
