Cultivation

Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. For best results, nick the hard seed coat and/or soak seeds in water overnight prior to sowing. Sow seeds 1-2" deep and 4-6" apart. Optimal soil temperature for germination is 70-75˚F. Seeds will sprout in 5-21 days. Thin seedlings so that mature plants are 6-12" apart.
